Return & Refund Policy
At Encanto Café Store, we work with love and care to bring you products of the highest quality. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can assist you.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products (consumables and food items), we do not accept returns on:
- Coffee (ground or whole bean)
- Food items (chocolates, confections, etc.)
- Gift boxes or personalized sets
This ensures freshness and product safety for all our customers.
Refund eligibility
We accept refund requests only in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or in poor condition
- You received an incorrect item
- The order never arrived (confirmed by the shipping provider)
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] , including:
- Order number
- Photo(s) of the damaged item or package
- Description of the issue
Important: We do not accept refund or replacement requests after the product’s expiration date, even if unopened. We encourage you to check the expiry date upon receiving your order.
Refunds
If your case qualifies, we will process the refund through the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Replacements
If you prefer, and the product is in stock, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Non-eligible cases
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:
- The package was delivered as tracked but stolen or lost after delivery
- The shipping address was incorrect or the package was not claimed
- The product has expired and the request was made after the expiration date
