Grown between 1,350 and 1,550 meters above sea level, this 100% Papayo variety develops its character through the honey process, which preserves part of the coffee cherry’s natural sugars—enhancing its sweetness, body, and complexity.

With vibrant tangerine notes, hints of warm nutmeg, and a soft touch of coconut, this coffee delivers a rich, tropical experience. Its citric-tangerine acidity and creamy medium body unfold smoothly, leaving a lingering aftertaste of coconut and lemongrass.
