What types of coffee do you offer?
We offer 100% Colombian Arabica coffee, available ground or whole bean, from certified origins. Each roast is artisanally crafted and available in a variety of flavor profiles. We also offer gift sets and high-quality gourmet products.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada, and we deliver across the country using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on your location:
- Urban areas: 2 to 4 business days
- Rural or remote areas: 4 to 10 business days
Can I return a product if I didn’t like it?
Due to the nature of our products (coffee and food items), we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or there was a mistake, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to help.

How do I know if my order was successful?
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your purchase is completed, and a second email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.Can I send a gift to someone else?
