The coffee we select is born on Colombian farms where coffee-growing is not a trend — it’s a legacy. Each bean is planted, nurtured, and harvested by families who have devoted generations to understanding the rhythms of the earth and the secret language of ripening cherries.
Harvesting: A Living Art
When harvest season arrives, everything becomes color and hands. The pickers select only the ripe red cherries, one by one, with a precision that only experience can give. That level of detail is part of what makes our coffee a true gem: it is alive, cared for from its very origin.
Artisan Roasting and Purposeful Selection
After being depulped and dried, the beans continue their journey to be artisanally roasted. This process is almost alchemical: balancing temperature, time, and expertise so that each note — caramel, chocolate, nuts, or florals — finds its perfect expression.
